I recently bought a set of Paul Rubens 48 set of Macaron colors of oil pastels. These light and pastel colors will compliment my two much-loved favorite brands of oil pastels.
I'm going to test them out on my swatch page I made on a canvas pad for oil. I'm going to let you know what I think as I swatch them out.
I’ll show you my storage, talk about fixatives, and how they compare to my other oil pastels.

Do I think these Paul Rubens oil pastels belong with my Sennelier and Caran d'ache? These are definitely colors that aren't in most sets.
