I recently purchased 2 set of Watercolors by Paul Rubens I want to share with you. They are absolutely gorgeous.
Both are sets of 6 tubes, one set is precipitated colors and the other is granulating colors.
I'm going to go over the paints and swatch to show their characteristics. They do not disappoint!
